We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Signastyle Home ("Signastyle"). Returns and exchanges can be made up to fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees (unless the item is damaged) and items must be postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date.

 Please keep these guidelines in mind:

  • Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as an email to support@signastyle.com to initiate the process (see additional instructions below). 
  • If an item is damaged, please shoot us an email with photos with (support@signastyle.com) so we can take care of it (and let our merchants know). Please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your shipment and include written details about the defect/damage.
  • Items without original receipt will receive an in-store credit.
  • All furniture sales, custom pieces, clearance merchandise (items ending in $0.88) and gift cards are final. Please be sure you are ready to purchase before committing. Questions about products are welcomed and will be answered thoroughly so that you are comfortable with your purchase.

Returns of Christmas merchandise after December 25th will be refunded at the current selling price if not accompanied by original receipt. Orders purchased with a gift card will be refunded to a gift card. Orders returned without a packing slip will be refunded to a gift card for the store’s lowest selling price.

Signastyle only refunds shipping charges for damaged orders. All other shipping charges are non-refundable.

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

Item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached and intact. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, have no makeup stains, no deodorant stains, no animal hair, and no smells of smoke. Item(s) cannot be final sale and all returns must fall within the date ranges specified in our Return Policy. If your item(s) meets ALL the above conditions, you will be eligible for a return. Please refer to the Return Policy below.

RETURN POLICY

DEFECTIVE ITEM AND/OR ORDER DISCREPANCY

If you have received a defective item, please contact us at support@signastyle.com within 2 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect and attach pictures. If you find a mistake with your order, please contact support@signastyle.com within 7 days of receipt so we can research and review the issue in a timely manner.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND BACKORDER ITEMS

We continually strive to display the most current and accurate product inventory information.

In the event a product’s availability changes, you will be notified via email and provided with alternative options, including the option to request a refund. It is Signastyle's general policy to hold your order and ship immediately once our stock is replenished in the absence of customer direction otherwise. We will not automatically cancel your order. We do our best to get your items processed and shipped quickly, but sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, a delay may occur and we appreciate your understanding and patience.

FINAL SALE (no exceptions)

Clearance merchandise (items ending in $0.88), custom pieces, items from our Furniture Renewal and Restoration Collection and any items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on all shapewear (shapers, leggings, shorts), jewelry, undergarments, hair accessories, hats, beanies, socks, face masks and eye wear. This is for hygienic purposes.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes must be applied at the point of purchase and can only be used while valid (no extensions). They cannot be added/applied after the order has been placed.

ALTERING or CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed by the customer, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Please follow the return policy for items that need returned (including an entire order).

INITIATING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased from our web site at signastyle.com, please contact us at support@signastyle.com to initiate the process and complete the steps below.

  • Please use the original packaging, if possible.
  • Download a return form
  • Include the completed return form and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records. Tracking is highly recommended.

Please note: Signastyle Home is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When You Can Expect to Receive a Refund

Processing time for returns is usually 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.

Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.

We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded. Items without original receipt will receive in-store/account credit for the store’s lowest selling price. Orders purchased with a gift card will be refunded to a gift card.

FURNITURE ITEMS

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery and note any damage to the shipper as you will need to file a claim with them directly. All of our Furniture Renewal and Restoration items are Sold As Is and are Final Sale. We adhere to a strict No Cancellations, No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges Policy. We do not offer warranties or guarantees of any kind so please make sure you love your piece and have measured your space before your purchase. Additional photos and information are available upon request so please don’t hesitate to message us before making your purchase.

Signastyle Home is not responsible for any damage or lost items that may occur during transit. We use third-party shippers who are responsible for the furniture once it has left our shop. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery and note any damage to the shipper as you will need to file a claim with them directly.

We ask that an adult be present for the delivery and carefully inspect the piece while the shipper is still on the premises. Note any damage, take photos and alert the driver immediately.

The buyer is solely responsible for filing a claim or complaint with the shipping company. Signastyle Home forward the contact information for the shipping company as needed.

Delayed Furniture Deliveries: Signastyle Home does not have any control over delivery and/or pick up dates on furniture items (unless it is a local pick up). Shipping contact is forwarded to buyer once shipping has been secured. Direct contact between buyer and shipper is expected after the furniture has left our shop.

Unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to traffic, detours, weather, accidents, etc. may factor into delayed deliveries.

We kindly request that you do not leave negative feedback based on shipping experiences. All negative reviews, claims and complaints pertaining to third party shipping companies should be noted and directed to the responsible shipping company.
